    Quite exciting :) Does your evaluation version allow to use migration feature ? we would like to test kayako supportsuite tickets migration before we actually decide to purchase.

    Will the new release automatically suggest solutions to the client from the knowledgebase before the client can submit the ticket? I hope so, because that is the core functionality I am looking for.

    Alex Groset >> Yes Login Sharing / Integration with WHMCS4 is also supported in Vision2.0 — Also Vision2.0 is capable to show WHMCS variables as custom fields in ticket area and additionally Paid support is possible with WHMCS4. (It allows you to create billing note / invoice right from your vision helpdesk and also it can track if invoice is paid or unpaid etc ..)

    With your Satellite Helpdesk feature do you have any restrictions on adding number of companies ? Also can we have signatures department wise ?

    Yes our current version does not support Magneto login sharing, We will add this with our next upcoming post 2.0 versions.
