Company Two Domain Admin Login –  adams / adams

Staff Login — chris / chris [Staff for Company One]

Staff Login — peter / peter [Staff for Company Two]

Staff Login– andrew / andrew [Staff for Company One & Company Two]

Here with above staff  login’s — Chris will have access to only “Company One” queue’s further you can restrict department’s too (sales, billing, support etc).

Peter will have access to only “Company Two” queue’s further you can restrict department’s too (sales, billing, support etc).

Andrew will have access to both “Company One” & “Company Two” queue’s further you can restrict department’s too (sales, billing, support etc of both companies).
