Are you kidding ? Do you guys at all have an idea what you have done by developing Vision Helpdesk Satellite Feature ? You have made my life easy to manage support for my 3 companies from one place

I like the real time ticket alerts, private message and new scrap alerts.
Can we change the audio files ?
Also do you offer integration with SMF forum?

We are impressed with Vision Support staff, They helped us right from installation, configuration and migrating tickets from Kayako.
We are all set and our staff is happy with new helpdesk software Vision.
It would be great to have Live chat software with Vision helpdesk.

Does it support ticket splitting ? Can’t see it in the demo.

Vision seems to have most of what we need. But I have the following to ask.
Can we have sequential Ticket numbering?
Is it possible to to have users in an organisation, while having the Organisation belong to Groups. The organisation should have the manager Status.
We have several companies who are located over several locations and each location have several users. We need to Split our customers as follows.
