Ticket Tree View

Due to Satellite nature of Vision Helpdesk — Accessing tickets for multiple companies / domains should be easy and simple.  Vision Helpdesk introduces Tree View to categorize tickets Domain wise further each domain has various departments (Sales, Billing, Support etc) and next each department is break down with different ticket statuses (Open, Awaiting and Close).

This tree structure is designed in java scripts which allows users to expand or shrink departments and company tabs without refreshing complete page.

Tree view not only gives you quick  accessibility to tickets but it also speed up staff ticket solving operations.
