<p>It takes two simple steps to upgrade Vision Helpdesk version — <strong><em>Before you upgrade make sure you take your vision helpdesk files backup and your helpdesk database backup.<br />

<strong>Step I]</strong> In Admin Section Check Available Updates — If new version is available then click on update to respective version.</p>
