What is difference between Lite , Professional , Premium and Ultimate plan?

The only difference is Addon Domains i.e number of companies you can manage using Vision Helpdesk. Lite Plan is good for managing single company support – A company can have unlimited clients. With Professional, Premium and Ultimate you can manage support up to 5, 10, and Unlimited Companies respectively.

What is Addon Domain?

With Vision Helpdesk you can manage support for multiple companies – with Lite Plan you can manage support for single company and with Professional and higher plans you can manage support for multiple companies.

Technical Support and Software Updates

SaaS based license comes with free technical support and software updates.
Download license comes with free technical support and software updates for six months. Renewal of support and software updates is optional. Your helpdesk will continue running without it, however you will not have access to new features, bug fixes, technical support – we recommend to purchase this package to keep your helpdesk up to date.
