The only difference is Addon Domains i.e number of companies you can manage using Vision Helpdesk. Lite Plan is good for managing single company support – A company can have unlimited clients. With Professional, Premium and Ultimate you can manage support up to 5, 10, and Unlimited Companies respectively.

SaaS based license comes with free technical support and software updates.
Download license comes with free technical support and software updates for 1 Year. Renewal of support and software updates is optional. Your helpdesk will continue running without it, however you will not have access to new features, bug fixes, technical support – we recommend to purchase this package to keep your helpdesk up to date.
