Vision Helpdesk offer Plug-in architecture that allows users to enable / disable several features. Plug-in frameworks help to handle complexity, simplify application configuration and deployment, and enable users or third parties to easily enhance existing applications with self-developed modules without having access to the whole source code.
The idea is that the new component simply plugs in to the existing system. This gives users more flexibility and they can customize their helpdesk as per their requirements.

Anti-Spam
Vision Helpdesk integrates with Mollom (A tough nut for spam) - to combat spam e-mails. Read more..
Scrap Book
The module provides private communication between members of your organization. Adding to this, it allows staff members to post scraps/updates in the scrap book.
Its unlike chat — Scrap book is useful to post scraps which can be read by other staff members.

This plugin includes quick links to vision helpdesk bugs portal , support , manual etc.
Alerts
This plugin is used by staff to get email alerts for various operations on tickets - for example new ticket is created, ticket updated by client etc.
SMS Alerts
This plugin allows Staff to get SMS alerts on Mobile for various operations on tickets - for example new ticket is created, ticket updated by client etc. Vision Helpdesk integrates with Clickatell.com and 2SMS.com to offer this feature.
Favorites
Its a bookmark tool that allows you to add your favorite links and use them anytime later.
Why would you want additional bookmark when you have one available in browser itself ? Simple - You cannot carry your browser bookmarks across different machines.. Vision2.o bookmarks are available anytime you login to Vision2.0 helpdesk.

Calendar plugin allows you to add / manage events and tasks.
Antivirus
With increasing online virus threat it becomes very important for any organization to keep its data secure — Vision comes with a robust integrated Antivirus tool to eliminate the possibility of virus through email attachments and also allows you to scan helpdesk files.
