    we are currently using kayako and whmcs. What we are looking for is pre-paid and paid after work is done. I see you have a feature for paid after work is done. But we also have plans that are prepaid and then we do the work.

    We are hoping as for all invoices it is done through one shopping cart like whmcs. We’ve are looking at ticketpay module that comes with kayako that has paid upfront then we do the work but the invoices are done through kayako and for accounting, this is not good.

    Your product is very simple to kayako.

  2. We our self use Vision helpdesk + WHMCS for Pay Per ticket. Clients send us ticket for Vision Helpdesk Upgrade (Say upgrade cost $10 for example) Once they send ticket our staff generates invoice from vision helpdesk and updates client to pay the invoice once the invoice is paid by client it gets mark paid in whmcs and vision. Then we process the query.

    Same you can do in your case.

    And in PrePaid Case to make it more simple — Your clients can pay you in advance in whmcs (that is they have credit) when a client sends you ticket in vision you can create invoice for that job say $5 and it will get mark auto paid because your client already has credit available.
