I have 3 Kayako Licenses. And the upgrade to new version has been a Nightmare. The support staff is not available on weekends or daytime. I tried Vision last week and it has been great.

Kayako is become more expensive and too buggy

Yes indeed nice comparison ! We are using Vision Helpdesk since 9 months and it works awesome. Specially the Multi-Company management feature is great.

We highly recommend Vision Helpdesk.

Very interesting to see this price comparison.
Also, it is funny to see that the names in this world are so similar. We are using another product called VisionProject. Even though it is called Project in the name it is also a very good HelpDesk.
