I can confirm this:
- alot of times the wait icon stays there indefinatelly
Really annoying
Heres my additional bugs:
1. Although HTML Editor is disabled the mails are send as HTML mails when responding to a ticket.
2. Although HTML Editor is disabled all the Email Templates are HTML Mails
3. Because of the wrong format they are getting very bad score in spamassasin:

Thats all so far - i really really do hope we get this html/txt only thing fixed.
Even if i now switch 'Html Editor' to enable in Domain setting it doesnt appear in the ticket answers
