I can confirm this:

- alot of times the wait icon stays there indefinatelly
Really annoying

Heres my additional bugs:

1. Although HTML Editor is disabled the mails are send as HTML mails when responding to a ticket.
2. Although HTML Editor is disabled all the Email Templates are HTML Mails
3. Because of the wrong format they are getting very bad score in spamassasin:

Content analysis details:   (5.0 points, 5.0 required)

 2.3 MIME_HTML_ONLY         BODY: Message only has text/html MIME parts

 1.0 MIME_HEADER_CTYPE_ONLY 'Content-Type' found without required MIME
                            headers

4. Although the signature is formated correctly in 'My Vision' all the line feed are stripped in the actual mail, that way it looks really uggly.

5. some part of the answer mail is listed below the signature - that cant be right - it should be above, see the example above, the

Thats all so far - i really really do hope we get this html/txt only thing fixed.
Even if i now switch 'Html Editor' to enable in Domain setting it doesnt appear in the ticket answers Sad

small addition:

i just tried that in your demo desk just to make sure it is not my installation causing the faults.

the 'cancel' icon only happend ones to me and happens every ticket in my installation.
The other problems with the mail are there as in my installation - the only exception is that enabeling / disabeling the HTML Editor in your demo works compared to mine....

Forgot Password Mail:

i do receive a mail - but it doesnt contain a new password - it contains my old one.
$new_password suggested to me that i will get a new one.
In addition the $url is not working - there is no link in that mail.

checked also in your demo

Hey xps why not join my BUG forum. You have much more option to make your point like adding images and flash movies....

That way vision has 1 place to look and whe have the best forum ;-)

when you join the chaptch answer is ;-) vision

i didnt join because im pretty unsure about what will be the best way to give feedback.

I have those option:

1. vision forum (is monitored cause i get feedback)
2. your forum (no idea if the read it)
3. Bug tracker (hm... is dead more or less i guess)
4. Support Ticket (seems to be the best way to send it)

Honestly, i like vision, but im trying to switch from saeven to vision for a good year now - and theres simply to much showbrakers each time - i cant really switch. They did a lot for me - like creating the working saeven importer and such - i do really honor that.
But i cant send out support tickets that look horrible or go straight into the spam folders.
I am no fan of html mails, yes it may look good but its way too much for a mail. I defend text only mails, they are small, quick, 'secure' and there is no need for funny jumping big html parts in a mail. (i like your signature tho Smiley )
I may be old fassioned but html is web not mail.

So, what i need is a working helpdesk system that i can rely on, i switch too often....
I striked everything else but kayako from my list in favor to vision - but i need to switch quite soon because saevens future doesnt look that brilliant.
So i really do hope vision gets a hand on those bugs and is able to fix them shortly AND has text only mails working like i need it.
Im not trying to say that they must support text only mails at all - if they dont want to im pretty fine with that but need to move along than unfortunattly.

text only is not working - have you tried sending yourself a mail?
Either i do a lot wrong or it is there but not really working.
I even did a full reinstall with not luck. I switched to HTML but mail is still garbage.
I cant find the reason Sad

I get all garbled mail no matter what - and i checked it on the demo as well.
But i have a ticket open and they really try to help me.
