<p>Follow below listed steps &#8211;</p>
<p>1) Copy folder vision from &#8211; integration/whmcs/modules/support/ to WHMCS installation &#8212; /modules/support/</p>
<p>2) Copy config.php file from vision installation to /module/support/vision/ directory of WHMCS Installation.</p>
<p>example : If you have installed Vision at yourdomain.com/support/ then you should find config.php under &#8220;support&#8221; folder</p>
<p>3) Edit above mentioned config.php file in whmcsinstallation/module/support/vision/</p>
<p>Locate line &#8212; $this-&gt;database = &#8220;&#8221;;</p>
<p>Below this line add one more line &#8211;</p>
<p>$this-&gt;domain = &#8220;yourdomain.com&#8221;;</p>
<p>Where yourdomain.com == your Vision License Domain.</p>
<p>4) Copy the vision directory from integration/whmcs/templates/ to templates directory of WHMCS Installation.</p>
<p>5) In WHMCS admin, navigate to General Configuration &gt;&gt; Support and choose Vision in the Support Module drop down.</p>

<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">Note : While upgrading it will ask you ftp path –by default it takes complete path to your manage folder which needs to be changed to — ftp path.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">Example : A client having path — /home/username/public_html/support/manage/</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">This path should be changed to — /public_html/support/manage/</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">(In above example we assume ftp access is given from public_html folder and its sub folders.)</span></p>
<p><strong>Manual Upgrade :</strong></p>
<p>Step1)  Login to http://secure.thevisionworld.com</p>
<p>Step 2) From Product and Services &gt;&gt; View Details &gt;&gt; Download zip – Update from 2.7.2 to 2.7.4</p>
<p>Step 3) Unzip above file and upload it to your installation — that is overwrite files on your installation —make sure if you ftp files then it should be in binary format.</p>
<p>Step 4)  Run http://yourdomain.com/support/manage/upgrade.php in browser that will update to V2.7.4</p>

<p>The registration desk is located in the 4th Level Foyer of the Austin Convention Center, just outside the keynote and luncheon rooms. You will see signs directing you to the registration desk at multiple points throughout the Austin Convention Center.</p>
<p><strong>Upgrading Your Registration</strong></p>
<p>If you want to upgrade your registration you can do so at the registration desk. The registration desk will be staffed during the hours listed above.</p>
<p><strong>Getting Around the Conference</strong></p>
<p>The HostingCon event team will have signage throughout the Austin Convention Center to help get you where you need to be. The conference occurs across two floors. Escalators and elevators are available across each floor. The show guide and signage will point you in the right direction.</p>

<p>I was wondering, how a company could ever think of raising price for just adding few features?  Not at all a good business practice.  The article also mentions that Zendesk later realized their mistake and they decided to run the same pricing for existing customers where as new customers will be still paying higher cost.</p>
