Partnership Terms and Conditions

We hold rights to change or modify Partnership terms and conditions as and when required to make sure the program is not being misused.
If Partners found misusing our partnership program we keep rights to terminate partnership program with them.
Partners cannot resell Vision Helpdesk license.
Partners should offer Vision Helpdesk to only their clients using their services (hosting etc). In case of sister company partners should inform us first.
Partners agree to above terms and conditions.
