Vision was born with the increasing demand & desperate needs in an online business for issue tracker/helpdesk software -- although there is nothing perfect in this world but there is always a scope for improvement, Keeping that in mind we did a quick survey (in-house with our 60 plus support techs who daily solve hundreds of support queries and various companies using helpdesk for attending their clients) -- The result of the survey was overwhelming, One common question was - No existing helpdesk softwares provide efficient way to manage multiple company support / sales channels at one place.

We were absolutely convinced with the survey results and then we never looked back - we started Planning like what exactly we want to include in Vision? 2nd Analyzing the business requirements, Design, Development and finally Testing.
