Brief History About Vision Helpdesk

We started in 2005 as a Web Hosting Technical Support Company — ThinkSupport.Net
While managing technical support for web hosting companies we came across various helpdesk software’s and we found there was a huge scope to deliver a good web based helpdesk software that will really help companies to be on top of Client Management, Ticket or Issue Management and other helpdesk activities.

In 2007 we started Software Development wing under ThinkSoftwares.Net We decided to start of with helpdesk software project and we named it as Vision Helpdesk. Almost all helpdesk software’s offers similar functions but with Vision Helpdesk we started to do things differently and we developed a helpdesk software that first time offered Multiple Company or Satellite Helpdesk feature.

Vision Helpdesk product is 5 year’s old now (year 2012 now) and currently its 3rd version that we have released. During those 5 years Vision Helpdesk has greatly evolved — The new version V3 we call it as Next Generation Helpdesk, You must try your hands on Vision Helpdesk to know what makes it Next Generation Helpdesk.
