In 2007 we started Software Development wing with our flagship product help desk software – we named it as Vision Helpdesk. Almost all help desk software offers similar functions but with Vision Helpdesk for the first time we offered Multiple Company or Satellite Helpdesk feature.

Vision Helpdesk product is 6 years young  and currently its 3rd version that we have released. During those 6 years Vision Helpdesk has greatly evolved — The new version V3 we call it as Next Generation Helpdesk
