		<description>With current version you can bill customers per ticket, per hour, per minute  - Do you have different fees for each ticket or same fee for all tickets ?

Time tracking is used for internal staff purpose - clients don&#039;t see that.

Additionally, can we use the time tracking w/o customer seeing how long we&#039;ve spent? Just for internal usage.
