Vision Helpdesk V2.7.2 stable release includes the long awaited Advance Billing Module — the feature allows you to offer Paid Support to your customers – that is you can bill your customers ticket with various options — a) Per Ticket b) Per Minute c) Per hour etc. The feature also allows you to configure Pre Paid Billing or Post Paid Billing.
Additionally, you can integrate with various billing softwares example WHMCS | Blesta to generate invoice.
- Auto and Manual billing time tracking for ticket — This will auto calculate billing time for a ticket based on the amount of time staff has worked on that ticket.

So, if the ticket system is being used as a quotation system – can each ticket have a unique fee charged to it?
Additionally, can we use the time tracking w/o customer seeing how long we’ve spent? Just for internal usage.
